When candidate information is stored it is used for the following reasons: For correspondences and communication: In order for ctcbritain staff to effectively and efficiently communicate with our students, it is important for us to have key information of theirs in our records. Such information includes candidate name, age, profession and exam results. For creating certification and generating other related qualifications for successful candidates. Key information is needed for the certification process including full name, course details and exam results. Storage We store details of candidates on portals which are protected by passwords which only the system administrators are aware of. In this way the information stored is completely inaccessible to the general public or other agents. Requests for information Keeping in line with the Data Protection Act 1998, any candidates can request information from ctcbritain but must allow for up to one month for a reply.
