Hotels and Tourism
Even the smallest of villages worldwide has some form of accommodation or restaurant, café or bar facility and therefore there is always an opportunity for employment in one of the many areas of hospitality expertise.
Students develop new hotel and resort concepts; lead ecotourism initiatives; manage tourism bureaus, conference centers, and marketing and tourism agencies; and succeed as meeting and special event managers, and in restaurant and catering businesses. Students get a solid foundation in service and operational issues, plus strategic business management skills.
This course duration is 120 hours.
The maximum class size is 15 candidates.
